This year’s Building Controls Industry Association Awards Gala Dinner was held at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth, on Thursday 14th May. The evening’s celebrations commenced with a champagne reception, followed by a scrumptious 4-course banquet.
During the ceremony, hosted by BBC World News journalist and anchor Babita Sharma, the Winners received a stunning BCIA Award trophy and the 30 Finalists were presented with framed certificates.
Former politician Lembit Öpik entertained the guests after dinner and a magnificent £3,410.00 was raised by the industry for the Help for Heroes charity.
The post show party saw guests network and enjoy themselves on the fun casino into the small hours, with the traditional survivors’ breakfast being served to round off the night.
The 2016 event will be the 9th year so this event is now a real highlight of the building controls calendar, bringing together four hundred engineers, manufactures, suppliers and distributors, the gala awards evening provides the perfect opportunity for guests to network with peers and colleagues into the early hours.
There’s no better way to recognise the efforts of all who have contributed to your company’s success over the past year, than at the industry event.
