We have recently completed the upgrade of Pierson Library/Hub, a building situated within the University of Worcester campus.
The building, which originally had natural ventilation via fully opening/closing high level windows, has been upgraded by installing our ELESTA based NV30 Control System. In addition we have utilised our own iWAC modulating window controllers, acheiving a significantly more stable environment.
The system also comprimises of two Flakt Woods Air Handling Units (AHU’s) with inbuilt BACnet controls, which together with an IQ contoller for the boiler point, link together via BACnet technology to the site wide BMS. The consultants for this project were ‘ONE’ and the contractors used were ‘DNI’.
