Keyes Building – KINGS School Worcester
Clarkson Controls are pleased to have been associated with the building of the Keyes Building for KINGS School, Worcester.
This Iconic distinctive building has many energy saving features from Biomass boilers, natural ventilation to automated Sun blinds.
This mix of features had to be incorporated into the site wide Trend BMS and involved us using our own BACnet room units to control the Natural ventilation. Part of the window control involved 3rd party BACnet devices from Window Master and Schneider, whilst the sun blinds are controlled wirelessly via Z WAVE technology.
The integration of the buildings controls has been achieved by using the latest RCO900 IP controller / routers from Elesta which utilises both BACnet over IP and MSTP communications to the Trend outstation which controls the heating plant and links to the BMS front end.
A fantastic project, and a justified winner for Outstanding Performance.
If you have a similar project call Clarkson Controls and we can discuss the options and systems available.
